I am Michele da Silva-Wagner, the founder & managing director. I studied business administration with a focus on foreign trade at the University of Mackenzie (São Paulo – Brazil) and specialized in project management with an MBA in the FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
I also completed a master’s degree in risk management and sustainable development at the HDA in Darmstadt.
I have more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of planning, project management and contract management. I purchased part of it from Unisys Brasil and Vale SA. In Germany I was also a project manager for a team at a large association for young people.
In addition to my work as an entrepreneur, I worked as a mentor in the areas of entrepreneurship, finance and sustainability and as an innovation consultant. This is done within the framework of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 program.
I am also an ambassador for the Portuguese-speaking Business Women’s Club and regional director of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce for Black Citizens for the German market.
I had the pleasure of evaluating more than 50 innovation projects and advising start-ups around the world.
